MBCI Exceptional Metal Roofs
Core Construction Group employs MBCI Exceptional Metal Roofing Systems
MBCI offers 11 different exposed fastener metal roofing panel profiles, most of which can also be used in wall applications. The panels are commonly used horizontally in the architectural community and vertically in the commercial and agricultural industries.
Concealed Fastener Roof Systems
Concealed fastener roofs are an aesthetically pleasing option. MBCI provides three snap-on batten roof options that are typically used in architectural applications, as well as our Slimline, which is a good choice in residential and commercial applications. Concealed fastener metal roofs provide excellent weather resistance and increased durability. These panels can be applied over conventional or wood-framed structures and are usually narrower than exposed fastener panels.

Standing Seam Roof Panels
Having gone through rigorous testing, a standing seam metal roof system from MBCI is one of the most durable and weathertight roof systems available in the industry.
Curved Roof Systems
When you want to add a metal curved roof or fascia to your design, MBCI offers the choice in three distinctive and complete panel systems for your use. Whether the arched roof will be installed over a solid deck or open framing, MBCI has a panel that fits the application. As testament to our rigorous testing, MBCI leads the industry in UL 90 ratings for curved roof panels.
Insulated Roof Panels
MBCI's insulated metal roof panels consist of our two most popular single-skin metal panels and a foamed-in-place core. They combine excellent structural capacity with superior insulation and air/water barrier performance, are custom engineered to project requirements and are produced in a factory controlled environment. The foam insulation is made of non-chlorofluorocarbon (non-CFC) polyurethane foam. Their closed cell structure and nominal density of 2.2 pounds per cubic foot allows for increased R-values of up to 7.57* per inch of insulation. It also prevents the foam from absorbing water and allows it to be insect and rodent resistant.
Metal Soffit Panels
MBCI soffit panels feature concealed fasteners behind a flush face, creating a clean appearance ideal for any design.
